Another first class experience with Jennings. We have had a troublesome radiator for years. Alban their heating engineer not only replaced it quickly and efficiently but he also took the trouble to come back a second time at no extra cost when he realised there was an extra problem with defunct heating pipes that needed to be sealed off. His expertise and patience in explaining to us the way a heating system works was much appreciated. 5 stars all round.

They are punctual competent and very courteous. They let you know exactly when one of their expert is coming so that you know what to expect. I have used them for plumbing but I intend to use them for electrical work as well.

The young man, Ash who came to fix the leak in my mother's bathroom was a very polite, kind, friendly and professional person. He did an excellent job, which thanks to the photos I was sent via email, I have seen the results of. My mother and I would definitely recommend using this company as they are exactly as one would expect a reputable company to be.

I recently used Jennings for a diagnosis/repair job on some pipework in my building. I'm really pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the work. I'd like to especially single out Sian who set everything up, and Sabir, the young man who came to the house to do the work. Would definitely use again.

Really great company - they came quickly to investigate a shower issue, and found the (quite niche!) problem and fixed it there and then. Very friendly and professional. I appreciated them not trying to upsell at any point, which I've found a lot of other plumbing companies do! Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service and reassuring experience - after mixed messages from other plumbers, I researched online… found Jennings. They came out to do a full plumbing survey on my flat and review of the issues. I now feel confident to go ahead on the work and to book them. Alex was lovely and very knowledgeable - as was Sian at the office who booked this in. Would only use them now.

I was a little apprehensive about hiring anyone again as had recently been scammed by a plasterer but desperately needed my old radiator replaced with a lovely new towel rail

and it was beyond my skill set. Alex was lovely, super efficient and even took my grotty old radiator with him so I didn’t have to get rid of it myself.

Great communication from start to finish from Sian, the office manager. Tristan visited the property within 24 hours of my call and a new boiler was installed less than 24 hours later! Fab service, would certainly recommend and use again.

Alex turned up promptly and quickly dealt with the toilet problem. He then efficiently assessed and advised on the leaking wash-basin and bath taps and I will be getting him to fit the replacements. Throughout he was polite and informative.
